Arada Sales Champions 2025 July

Arada Hits Record High

Property developer Arada has announced that its sales in the first half of 2025 reached AED 9.15 billion, more than three times higher than the same period last year and expected to skyrocket the second half with expected massive sales to happen in the new launch of Arada Masaar 3. This represents a 336% increase in the value of property sold across its Dubai and Sharjah projects, driven by strong demand, major new launches, and continued interest in existing communities.

Arada sold 2,382 homes between January and June, a 247% jump compared to the first half of 2024. Top-performing projects included Akala, a wellness-focused community launched in Dubai in May, and Masaar 2, a 2,000-unit villa and townhouse project in Sharjah that sold out within three hours of its launch in February.

Executive Vice Chairman HRH Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal said Arada’s approach focuses on creating purposeful communities that deliver lasting value for residents and investors.

Group CEO Ahmed Alkhoshaibi said the company plans to launch three more projects across the UAE in the second half of 2025, adding around 5,000 new homes. Arada is also preparing to launch its first projects in Australia and is exploring further opportunities both locally and overseas.

The wider property market has also been performing strongly. Sharjah recorded a 48% increase in property sales value in the first half of 2025 to AED 27 billion. Dubai saw a 25% rise to AED 431 billion, reinforcing its status as a leading global property market.

Since its founding in 2017, Arada has launched nine projects in Sharjah and Dubai, with a development pipeline worth over AED 90 billion in the UAE and Australia. The company has sold more than 17,000 units valued at over AED 29 billion, and has completed more than 10,000 homes
